Booking & Payment

Tours are booked via WhatsApp or direct contact. Payment terms will be confirmed at time of booking. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) per rider.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Weather-related cancellations by Surron Ride Phuket will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no extra charge.

Safety Requirements

• All riders must attend the safety briefing before departure
• Protective gear provided must be worn at all times
• Riders must follow guide instructions on the trail
• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety requirements are not met

Liability

Off-road riding involves inherent risks. Basic accident insurance is included with all tours. Participants are advised to carry personal travel insurance.

Age Requirements

Riders must be 16 years or older. Riders under 18 require parental consent.
